Creamy Lemon Herb Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs chicken breasts.
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream.
06 - 1 cup chicken stock.
07 - 3 tablespoons white wine.
08 - 4 tablespoons lemon juice.
09 - 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated.
10 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest.
11 - 1 cup chopped kale.
12 - 1/2 lemon, sliced.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika and thyme. Let rest 5-10 minutes.
02 - Cook chicken in butter and garlic 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and rest.
03 - Add oil and Tuscan seasonings to pan. Add cream, stock, wine, lemon juice and zest.
04 - Add parmesan, whisk until melted. Add lemon slices and kale.
05 - Return chicken, simmer 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Spoon sauce over chicken while cooking.
