Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 packages Mrs. T's Cheddar Pierogies.
02 - 4 cups chicken broth.
03 - 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese.
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - 1 pound kielbasa, sliced.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine 3 cups broth, frozen pierogies, kielbasa, and cheddar cheese in 4-6 quart crockpot.
02 - Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6 hours.
03 - Warm cream cheese with remaining broth, whisk until smooth, about 30 minutes before finish.
04 - Add cream cheese mixture, top with remaining cheese. Cook 30 more minutes on low.

# Notes:

01 - Can use any pierogi variety.
02 - Optional garnish with green onions.
03 - Slow cooking develops better flavor.
