Quick Egg Roll Stir Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 1 pound ground meat (chicken, turkey, or pork)

→ Fresh Vegetables

02 - 1 medium head green cabbage, thinly sliced
03 - 2 medium carrots, shredded
04 - 1 medium onion, chopped
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon grated ginger
07 - 2 green onions, sliced

→ Sauce & Seasonings

08 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
10 - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
11 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
12 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

→ Garnish

13 - Sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the ground meat until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces. Drain extra fat.
02 - Toss in chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook until onions soften and everything smells fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
03 - Add sliced cabbage and shredded carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
04 - Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and pepper flakes in a bowl. Pour over the stir-fry and cook 2 more minutes to blend flavors.
05 - Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice or cauliflower rice if desired.
