Eggnog Sugar Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup butter, softened.
02 - 1½ cups sugar.
03 - 1 egg.
04 - ½ cup eggnog.
05 - ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 3 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - ½ teaspoon salt.
10 - Extra nutmeg for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
02 - Beat in egg, eggnog, nutmeg, and vanilla.
03 - Mix flour, baking powder, and salt separately.
04 - Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet mixture.
05 - Heat oven to 350°F.
06 - Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
07 - Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
08 - Place balls 2 inches apart on sheet.
09 - Flatten each ball slightly.
10 - Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are light golden.
11 - Cool on sheet few minutes.
12 - Move to wire rack to cool completely.
13 - Sprinkle with extra nutmeg.
