Pan-fried Cod with Lemon-Herb Butter Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 (6 oz) cod fillets.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 4 tablespoons butter.
04 - 1 lemon, juiced.
05 - 2 tablespoons mixed fresh herbs.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Pat fish dry, season with salt and pepper.
02 - Pan-fry cod 4-5 minutes per side until flaky.
03 - Melt butter, add lemon and herbs.
04 - Pour sauce over fish and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Fish should flake easily when done.
02 - Can use any soft herbs.
