Pan-fried Cod with Lemon-Herb Butter Sauce

# Ingredients:

4 (6 oz) cod fillets.

2 tablespoons olive oil.

4 tablespoons butter.

1 lemon, juiced.

2 tablespoons mixed fresh herbs.

Salt and pepper to taste.
# Instructions:

Pat fish dry, season with salt and pepper.

Pan-fry cod 4-5 minutes per side until flaky.

Melt butter, add lemon and herbs.

Pour sauce over fish and serve.
