Cheesy Garlic Biscuit Snack Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits

→ Cheese Filling

02 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Garlic Butter Coating

04 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Garnish

10 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot at 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Mix together your melted butter, freshly minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until everything's well combined into a fragrant mixture.
03 - Pop open that can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Take each biscuit and gently flatten it into a round disk.
04 - Place a generous tablespoon each of mozzarella and cheddar right in the center of each flattened biscuit - this is where the magic happens!
05 - Carefully fold the edges of each biscuit up and over the cheese, making sure to pinch the edges together really well to seal in all that cheesy goodness. Roll them into neat little balls.
06 - Dip each cheese-filled ball into your garlic butter mixture, making sure they get a good coating all over.
07 - Place each bomb seam-side down on your prepared baking sheet. If you've got any garlic butter left, go ahead and drizzle it over the top.
08 - Pop them in your preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until they're beautifully golden brown.
09 - Take them out of the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley while they're still hot.

# Notes:

01 - These cheese bombs are best served warm when the cheese is still gooey and melty
