Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Potatoes & Seasonings

01 - 4 large Russet potatoes, cut into wedges
02 - 2 teaspoons salt
03 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
04 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

→ Coating

05 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Wash and dry potatoes, cut each into 6-8 wedges. Place in a bowl and coat with olive oil.
02 - Mix salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Sprinkle over potatoes and toss. Add Parmesan and toss again.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment. Lay wedges in a single layer, skin side down.
04 - Bake 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway through. Wedges should be golden brown and tender inside.
05 - Transfer to a platter and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
