Whisk all marinade ingredients together.

Place in ziplock bag. Pound to 1/2-3/4 inch thickness. Pour marinade over chicken. Remove air from bag. Massage marinade into chicken.

Refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 days. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Heat to high. Oil grates. Grill 2-4 minutes per side.

Medium-high heat. Cook 5-8 minutes per side.

400°F. Add butter pat or oil. Bake 18-20 minutes.

Rest 5 minutes before serving.
