Greek Chicken Marinade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup olive oil.
02 - 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar.
03 - 1 lemon, juiced.
04 - 1 teaspoon honey.
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 2 teaspoons dried oregano.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
10 - 1 pound chicken parts (boneless, skinless breast recommended).

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk all marinade ingredients together.
02 - Place in ziplock bag. Pound to 1/2-3/4 inch thickness. Pour marinade over chicken. Remove air from bag. Massage marinade into chicken.
03 - Refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 days. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.
04 - Heat to high. Oil grates. Grill 2-4 minutes per side.
05 - Medium-high heat. Cook 5-8 minutes per side.
06 - 400°F. Add butter pat or oil. Bake 18-20 minutes.
07 - Rest 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can freeze in marinade up to 3 months.
02 - Never reuse marinade.
03 - Internal temperature should reach 165°F.
