Hamburger Potato Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 1 small onion, diced.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 4 cups potatoes, diced.
05 - 4 cups chicken broth.
06 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded.
07 - 1 cup milk.
08 - 1 cup heavy cream.
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook onion and garlic in oil until soft, 3-4 minutes.
02 - Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add potatoes and broth. Simmer 15-20 minutes until tender.
04 - Stir in milk and cream. Heat through without boiling.
05 - Add cheese gradually until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
