Honey Pepper Chicken with Mac and Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1/2 cup honey.
04 - 1/4 cup soy sauce.
05 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne.
10 - 8 ounces macaroni.
11 - 2 tablespoons butter.
12 - 2 tablespoons flour.
13 - 2 cups milk.
14 - 2 cups sharp cheddar.
15 - 1 cup mozzarella.
16 - Parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in oil until done, about 7 minutes per side.
02 - Combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar and seasonings. Simmer until thickened. Add sliced chicken.
03 - Boil macaroni according to package directions.
04 - Make roux with butter and flour. Add milk, then cheeses. Season to taste.
05 - Toss pasta with cheese sauce. Top with chicken and garnish with parsley.
