Put all ingredients except the seasoning into your food processor and blend until you get a smooth, well-combined mixture.

Let your mixture sit for about 5 minutes to thicken up to the right consistency for shaping.

Grease your donut pan really well with butter, or use a silicone mold. Fill each cavity evenly with batter and sprinkle with seasoning.
