Neapolitan Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 3 cups white chocolate chips, divided.
03 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon strawberry extract.
05 - 3-4 drops pink food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Split the sweetened condensed milk evenly between three mixing bowls.
02 - Mix melted white chocolate with cocoa powder in the first bowl until smooth and dark.
03 - Blend melted white chocolate, strawberry extract, and pink food coloring in the second bowl.
04 - Stir melted white chocolate into the third bowl for the vanilla layer.
05 - Pour chocolate mixture into a lined 8-inch pan. Let it set in the fridge.
06 - Add vanilla layer once chocolate is firm. Chill again before adding strawberry layer on top.
07 - Refrigerate until completely firm, about 4 hours or overnight.

02 - Wait until each layer is completely set for clean lines.
