Slow Cooker Lipton Onion Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 large potatoes, thinly sliced.
02 - 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup mix.
03 - 1/3 cup butter, melted.
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional).
05 - 1/2 cup chicken broth or water.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Cooking spray or butter for greasing.

# Instructions:

01 - Grease slow cooker. Peel if desired and thinly slice potatoes into even pieces.
02 - Toss potato slices with melted butter and onion soup mix. Mix in cheese if using.
03 - Layer seasoned potatoes in slow cooker. Pour broth or water over top.
04 - Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours until potatoes are tender.
05 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Best with starchy potatoes like Russets.
02 - Use mandoline for even slices.
03 - Keeps in fridge up to 4 days.
