Add 1/4 teaspoon feta to each olive. Use finger or toothpick. For block feta, cut small sticks. Press into olives.

Combine in glass jar: Olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, spices. Mix well.

Add stuffed olives to marinade. Toss to coat.

Serve immediately at room temp. Or refrigerate up to 5 days. Bring to room temp before serving.
