Spicy Feta Stuffed Olives (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups Castelvetrano olives, pitted.
02 - 1/3 cup feta cheese.
03 - 1/3 cup olive oil.
04 - 2 teaspoons lemon zest.
05 - 2 cloves garlic, grated.
06 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sumac.
08 - Pinch salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Add 1/4 teaspoon feta to each olive. Use finger or toothpick. For block feta, cut small sticks. Press into olives.
02 - Combine in glass jar: Olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, spices. Mix well.
03 - Add stuffed olives to marinade. Toss to coat.
04 - Serve immediately at room temp. Or refrigerate up to 5 days. Bring to room temp before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Makes 25-30 olives.
02 - Oil will solidify in fridge.
03 - Best served at room temperature.
