Whipped Brie Dip

# Ingredients:

Brie cheese wheels, cold, 16-24 ounces.

Honey for drizzling.
03 -
Honeycomb, optional.
04 -
Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish.

Crackers or crostini for serving.
# Instructions:

Remove rind from cold brie and cut into cubes. Let come to room temperature.

Process brie in food processor for about 5 minutes, scraping sides as needed, until completely smooth and creamy.
03 -
Transfer to serving dish. Top with honeycomb if using, drizzle with honey, and garnish with rosemary. Serve with crackers.

Can use blueberry jam instead of honey.

Fresh thyme works as an alternative herb garnish.
